For most orders, please allow 4-9 business days for delivery. Some areas may take up to 14 days to deliver.

For most orders, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your chosen pickup location.

Orders must be picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days) of delivery. Please bring a government-issued photo ID. If the address on your ID does not match the address on the package label, you will also need your tracking number and another form of ID: (utility bill or statement, health or auto insurance card, property statement from a county or city website, or credit card statement).

If the package is not picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days), it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Anyone who lives at the same address as you can pick up your package using the tracking number on the package label and a government-issued photo ID to prove they live at the same address. They can also use other ID to prove they live with you.
